Using Fretmetric
Fretmetric is a practice tool for guitarists aged 18 and over. Use it for your own practice, and don't attempt to interfere with the service, other players' data or the rankings.
Measurements
Scores are measurements made by software through your microphone or audio interface. Each one carries a confidence level. They are a practice aid, not a certification, and can be wrong; you can dispute any note you believe was judged incorrectly.
Health
Practice suggestions, including rest and low-load days, are product heuristics, not medical advice. If you feel pain or discomfort, stop, rest, and see a qualified professional if it continues.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel in one click from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Annual plans get a reminder email 7 days before renewal. Prices are shown before you pay, including your local currency where available.
Leagues and boards
Rankings use only high-confidence results that pass plausibility checks. We may remove results that look machine-generated or replayed, and suspend accounts that repeatedly manipulate rankings.
Your content
You own your journal entries, goals and recordings. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
